Chief Executive Officer
Greg Healy is a visionary tech executive with 20+ years of experience leading product innovation, digital transformation, and growth across fintech, edtech, and media sectors. As CEO, he specializes in building data-driven platforms, scaling emerging technologies, and driving product-led growth. Greg previously held leadership roles at Seed Talent, ISACA, and Encyclopedia Britannica, and holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird. He is fluent in Spanish and brings a global perspective to his leadership.
Greg Jones
Head of Product
Greg Jones leads Synthesis Technology’s Product team, working directly with clients to turn complex business challenges into innovative software solutions. With 25+ years in Product, Services, and Executive leadership, Greg has launched multiple disruptive technologies—including the first commercially successful AI product in the U.S.—and holds three software development patents. He's also an avid triathlete and the sound engineer for a regional classic-rock band.

Vice President of Global Sales
Jean Goodwin leads sales strategy at Synthesis Technology, focusing on client success and new business development. With decades of experience in financial services, she has held senior roles at Donnelley Financial, Broadridge, and Toppan Merrill. Jean is known for her consultative approach and deep expertise in regulatory and marketing communications, helping top financial institutions modernize content delivery with solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and measurable results.
Ben Kuo
Director of Software Engineering
Ben Kuo leads Software Development at Synthesis Technology, specializing in data and system architecture. He began his career as a Client Service Engineer and holds degrees in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and an MBA. This blend of technical expertise and strategic insight drives his leadership. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time on the water, fishing, and scuba diving.
