Greg leads the Product team at Synthesis Technology, partnering closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate insights into impactful software solutions. With over 25 years of experience in Product, Services, and Executive leadership, Greg brings a deep commitment to client enablement and innovation.
He began his career as a software engineer during the first AI wave of the late 1990s and played a key role in launching the first commercially successful AI software product in the U.S. Since then, Greg has spearheaded several disruptive initiatives, including a platform that drives efficiency for Medicare Marketing teams and a developer coaching service that enhances accessibility in Agile environments. He holds three patents for pioneering software development techniques.
Outside the office, Greg is a sound engineer for a regional classic-rock cover band and competes in long-course triathlons.

Prior to joining our company, Greg served as Chief Product Officer at Seed Talent, where he led the development of a patent-pending SaaS platform that achieved 240% revenue growth and significantly boosted user engagement. He also held leadership roles at ISACA, where he launched new cybersecurity solutions generating 30%+ revenue growth, and at Encyclopedia Britannica, where he spearheaded a digital transformation that grew monthly traffic from 6M to 40M users and delivered up to $16M in EBITDA.

Greg holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College. Fluent in Spanish, he brings a global perspective to his work and leadership.
