Jean has held senior sales roles at industry leaders including Donnelley Financial, Broadridge and Toppan Merrill where she delivered innovative solutions to some of the world’s top financial institutions. Her work has spanned the full evolution of the industry—from traditional print to advanced technology platforms that streamline the production and distribution of critical documents.
Jean’s consultative approach and deep expertise in both compliance and marketing content delivery make her a trusted advisor to clients seeking efficiency, accuracy, and scale. Greg Jones
Greg leads the Product team at Synthesis Technology, partnering closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate insights into impactful software solutions. With over 25 years of experience in Product, Services, and Executive leadership, Greg brings a deep commitment to client enablement and innovation.
He began his career as a software engineer during the first AI wave of the late 1990s and played a key role in launching the first commercially successful AI software product in the U.S. Since then, Greg has spearheaded several disruptive initiatives, including a platform that drives efficiency for Medicare Marketing teams and a developer coaching service that enhances accessibility in Agile environments. He holds three patents for pioneering software development techniques.
Outside the office, Greg is a sound engineer for a regional classic-rock cover band and competes in long-course triathlons.

Greg is a transformative technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading product innovation, digital transformation, and market expansion across SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and tech-enabled businesses in fintech, edtech, professional training, and media.
As CEO, Greg brings a track record of building data-driven platforms and scaling emerging technologies to unlock new market opportunities. He is known for driving product-led growth, delivering exceptional customer value, and guiding organizations through pivotal technology transitions.
Prior to joining our company, Greg served as Chief Product Officer at Seed Talent, where he led the development of a patent-pending SaaS platform that achieved 240% revenue growth and significantly boosted user engagement. He also held leadership roles at ISACA, where he launched new cybersecurity solutions generating 30%+ revenue growth, and at Encyclopedia Britannica, where he spearheaded a digital transformation that grew monthly traffic from 6M to 40M users and delivered up to $16M in EBITDA.
Greg’s leadership philosophy is rooted in building high-performing teams, applying human-centered design to uncover new value, and using data analytics to inform strategic decisions. His expertise spans software development, marketplace creation, and revenue optimization—positioning him to lead innovation and long-term growth.
Greg holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College. Fluent in Spanish, he brings a global perspective to his work and leadership.
