Synthesis Technology announces a new cloud-based strategy for Disaster Recovery management. As part of our recent data center consolidation, Synthesis has adopted a cloud-computing based strategy for handling disaster preparedness and execution. Making use of Amazon’s SAS-70 certified EC2 cloud and S3 storage facilities, Synthesis can now provide secure processing environments for our clients on any of Amazon’s global availability regions with an extremely short fail-over/recovery latency. This strategy provides almost unlimited scalability, availability and flexibility options enabling us to meet and exceed our DR preparation and execution goals.
