“If you take care of the small things, the big things will take care of themselves.” -Emily Dickinson.

Little things, when done with rigor, can have a big impact.  Working thoughtfully, instead of reactively, shows that even the small things are important.  We don’t want to be just fixing and responding to issues and requests; we want to turn those issues and requests into product and process improvements.Read More

Synthesis Selected to Develop New CMS for The HartFord

Share Button

February – 2013
Recently, Synthesis completed a project for the funds group at The Hartford, providing back-end aggregated and approved content that is used for producing web fund profiles.

By leveraging the Synthesis content management solution already deployed to support The Hartford’s mutual fund factsheets, our client services team was able to re-purpose the content for the web profiles in an efficient and straightforward manner.

The new integrated process greatly simplifies production by overlapping work efforts between print and web media, all while providing a high level of consistency with data and content.  Thus, fund and product profiles can be updated quicker, with less effort, and with more assurance of consistency. As I wandered the rows of gleaming and carefully positioned vehicles, I couldn’t help but notice how many of those pristine polished paint jobs were besmirched by smudgy hand prints – sometimes in the oddest places too. (Timmy, did you have to smear your churro on that rocker panel?)
